Weelborg Ford takes great pride in recognizing the achievements of our team members who make a difference in our dealership and community. We are thrilled to announce that our very own Ann Perry, CEO of Weelborg Auto Group, has been honored with the Ally Award from the National Automobile Dealers Association (NADA). This recognition is yet another chapter in the growth of our reputable Ford dealership in Redwood Falls, and we're so excited to have our CEO claim this prestigious award.
What Is the Ally Award?
The Ally Award is the highest recognition within NADA's Women Driving Auto Retail initiative, celebrating trailblazing professionals in the automotive industry. This prestigious award is given to leaders who actively hire, train, mentor and champion women in auto retail, paving the way for more diversity and inclusion across the industry.
Out of more than 750 nominations submitted nationwide, Ann Perry stood out as a true advocate for women in the automotive field, making an undeniable impact through her leadership at Weelborg Auto Group.

Ann Perry's Impact at Weelborg Auto Group
Since joining Weelborg Auto Group, Ann has more than doubled female leadership across the company's three dealerships within just four years. Starting as the group's first-ever Human Resources Director, she quickly demonstrated her ability to recruit, develop and empower talented individuals, which led to her transition into Operations Director and ultimately CEO.
Ann's influence reaches far beyond the walls of Weelborg Ford. Her commitment to education and mentorship extends into the community, where she:
- Collaborates with local schools to introduce students to automotive career paths.
- Leads mentorship programs to encourage young professionals to explore dealership roles.
- Serves on leadership panels to provide guidance for women aspiring to enter the industry.
- Organized a task force to showcase the achievements of women in automotive careers through a powerful documentary film, which premiered at the "Stand Tall Heels & All" networking event.
Through these initiatives, Ann continues to inspire the next generation of female automotive professionals while reinforcing Weelborg Auto Group's commitment to inclusivity and growth.
Women Driving Auto Retail: A Game-Changing Initiative
The Women Driving Auto Retail initiative is a groundbreaking program launched by NADA to highlight the success stories of women in the automotive industry. The goal is to empower more women to pursue careers in auto retail, demonstrating the exciting and rewarding opportunities available.
