There are some potential Ford accessories you might want to check into Redwood Falls that could make your driving experience better. Having the right things with you is essential. There are many things that could go wrong on the road as well these items are also a big must for emergencies during your adventures.

What to pack for your road trip checklist???.... Here are the 7 things you will want to have along for your summertime adventures.

1 - Sunglasses are a must for your driving adventures.

It’s sunny! Sunglasses are a big must and not just to look super cool. When you are driving, the sun can take a big toll on your eyes… it is important to make sure your eyes aren’t strained in seeing the road so you can always keep a good eye on other drivers. I have had sun glare blind me so much during my drives that I make sure I always have a comfortable pair of sunglasses for the road as well as a second pair so I can always make sure to leave a pair in the car.

2 - Extra water will be a way for you to stay happy and hydrated in the heat.

If you ever have a roadside emergency or end up getting stuck in a place far away from a gas station, you will want to ensure you have a couple of gallons or large bottles of water. If you ever have to use it, just make sure you refill it when you can.

3 - Insulated coolers will be a big plus for your journeys…

Always keep it if you need to pack perishables such as fruits and vegetables. You could also pack it with peanuts, beef jerky, and things that will not go bad over time. These are also great snacks to keep you satiated on long journeys.

4 - Having a charged phone for the road is never a bad thing.

If you start to run low on battery, be sure you have an extra charger handy for any potential emergencies… You could get stranded and maybe need to call a tow truck or a friend or family member for a ride and if you do, having a charger in your vehicle and keeping it charged on your road trip will ensure you can be safe if you need to call someone for help.

5 - Pack a first aid kit for medical emergencies.

If you or any of your passengers have any medical emergencies you will want to ensure you have a first aid kit packed with all the essentials and have a checklist. If you end up using the first aid supplies, be sure you restock your first aid kit. Here is a link to a first-aid checklist from Redcross so you know what to pack into your first aid kit.

6 - Jumper cables or a battery charger pack is important.

The summertime can be hot and if you need to use your air conditioning often and you have a weak battery there is a likelihood you could end up with a dead battery. A charger battery pack is an easy way to jump your vehicle yourself if you don’t have another vehicle to give you a jump. Charger packs should always be charged and if you need a backup just in case, be sure you keep an extra set of jumper cables.

7 - Flashlights are essential for emergencies.

Be sure you bring a flashlight… you never know when you will need one. You could need it at night if you need to change a tire, find something in the dark for many other reasons.

There are several other things you could ensure to pack such as sunscreen, a pocket knife, road flares, hazard cones, or even Tylenol, Advil, or Aspirin. There are so many little things you could pack that could come in handy.

Be sure you do pack all these little things you can think of so you can be at ease when you are cruising while listening to your tunes while enjoying that fresh summer breeze.
